Shipping and delivery
Rezifi is software you use online. Nothing is shipped, and there is no delivery charge.

What you receive
Unlimited, Rezifi's paid plan, is a digital service. We sell no physical goods, so nothing is posted to you and we never ask for a delivery address.
It is delivered to the Rezifi account you paid with, wherever you sign in to it: the app at app.rezifi.com and the Rezifi browser extension.
When it starts
Unlimited turns on as soon as your payment is confirmed. For a weekly subscription, that is when your bank approves it and the first week is paid; for a single week, when its payment goes through. We email you when it starts.
A bank can take a few minutes to confirm a payment. You do not need to pay again while it does: the billing page in the app shows where your payment stands.
If it does not start
If your payment went through and Unlimited has not turned on, write to us from the email address on your account at support@rezifi.com.
Our cancellation and refund policy says what happens to a charge that should not have happened.
