Walk the suggestions and keep or dismiss each one. Nothing is applied until you say so, and anything the AI flags as an illustrative figure is marked for you to confirm.
Auto-apply
The copilot reads the application form on any site, even one it has never seen, and fills it from your resume and everything it has learned about you, page after page: it presses Next, adds your experience and education and attaches the tailored copy. Why it can read the page you're on
Job applications live on thousands of employer-run domains — company.greenhouse.io, company.myworkdayjobs.com, and countless careers pages — so the extension asks for broad site access. Its automatic readers run on the named job boards and ATS platforms; on every other page a tiny local check looks for job-posting markup and reads the listing only when it finds some. While the panel is open it reads the tab you switch to, so it can offer to tailor. Nothing from a page that isn't a posting or an application form is sent anywhere.
What leaves your browser
The postings you capture, the application forms it fills (their labels, choices and the values on the page) and, when you press the form's Next or Submit, the answers its fields then hold are sent to Rezifi's API to tailor your resume, work out the form and remember your answers. It notes which fields you changed, never your keystrokes. A diagnostic report of each fill (the form's labels, timings and counts, never the values) follows, so we can fix what breaks. Nothing a page holds is sent before you sign in, and a posting is sent only while the side panel is open on it. No sale of personal data, no unrelated use. The privacy policy spells it out.
What it never does
It never presses Submit, never reads a password field, never remembers a government ID, passport, card or bank detail, and never edits your original resume — tailoring always works on a copy you can rename, download, or delete.
