Rezifi's auto-apply copilot is a Chrome extension that reads the job you open, tailors your resume to it, then fills the whole application on any job site, even one it has never seen. It presses Next, adds your experience and education, attaches your resume and answers the form's questions from what it knows about you, so the application ends ready to send.

This is a tour of Rezifi's auto-apply copilot as you see it in your browser: what happens when you open a job, how the resume is tailored first, what it fills, what it leaves for you and what it never reads.

What happens when you open a job?

The copilot starts with the posting, because the application is only as good as the resume behind it.

  1. Open the job. On LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Internshala, Foundit, Wellfound, Glassdoor and careers pages run by 20 ATS platforms, it reads the posting the moment you land: title, company and the full description.
  2. See that it was captured. The toolbar badge says so at once. On a split-view board, where the list and the posting sit side by side, the panel follows the posting you are reading.
  3. Capture anything else. On any other careers page, right-click and choose “Capture this job”.

How does it tailor your resume first?

Before a single field is filled, the copilot gives you a resume written for this job. In one click, Rezifi's AI resume tailor rewrites your bullets, summary and skills in the job's own keywords. It never invents an employer, role, date or credential, and it works on a copy, so your original is never touched.

Every edit is your call. In the side panel each suggestion starts ticked, a suggested number included, so untick anything you could not defend in an interview before you use the edits. The tailored copy is saved with its job, and you can download it as a PDF or Word file right from the panel.

Your resume stays in its own design too. A Word file or Google Doc keeps its layout, and no template is needed. No resume yet? Build one from Rezifi's ATS-friendly templates.

What does the copilot fill?

Then the application. The copilot opens it and fills it page after page:

  • The basics. Your name, contact details and links, from your resume.
  • Your history. It adds your experience and education, entry by entry.
  • Your resume. It attaches the tailored copy for this job, not a generic file.
  • The next page. It presses Next and carries on, page after page, to the end of the form.
  • The questions. Your work authorisation, how you heard about the company, how many years you have worked with Python. It answers from your resume and from everything it learns about you as you apply.

That last part is why it gets sharper. Rezifi recognises a question it has met before even when the next company words it differently, so every application is faster than the last. Answers that belong to one job, like the pay you want for that role, stay with that job.

Notice period and pay, in the form's own shape

Indian applications ask for notice and pay in many shapes, and the copilot gives each form the one it asks for. A notice of one month goes into a days box as 30, into a list as the band that holds it, and into a start-date field as today plus the notice. Pay goes in the form's unit by exact arithmetic: 18,00,000 rupees is 18 LPA, or 0.18 crore. It never converts a currency and never turns an annual CTC into a monthly one.

Pay is a personal detail, so the copilot types it only with your yes on the page, or with Personal details on in its Settings. The full story of those questions is in notice period and CTC on job applications.

What does it leave for you?

A figure it cannot give exactly, or a question nothing on file answers, such as whether you hold another offer, is left for you. It is never guessed. You fill it in, read the form through, and the application is ready to send.

Where does it work?

Any job site, not a list of supported ones. Rezifi fills the application on company careers sites run by Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Keka and Zoho Recruit, on Internshala and on LinkedIn Easy Apply, where it fills each step and you click Next. On sites it has never seen, the copilot reads each form's layout itself.

On Naukri it reads the job the moment you open it and tailors your resume to it. Naukri's own Apply sends your Naukri profile, and when a job applies on the company's site, Rezifi fills that form for you.

What does it never touch?

  • Passwords. It never reads a password field.
  • Identity and money. It never remembers a government ID, passport, card or bank detail.
  • Your original resume. Tailoring always works on a copy you can rename, download or delete.

The extension page lists its permissions in plain words, including what leaves your browser and why.

What happens after an application?

Applications are logged automatically in Rezifi's tracker, with the tailored resume kept beside its job. Open a job you have already applied to and the copilot's card says so, such as “You applied here on 12 Sep.” The tracker itself is covered in how to keep track of job applications.
