The role

Make the AI right. The tailor and the apply copilot.

Most of what Rezifi does runs on large language models. The tailor rewrites a resume in a job's own keywords without inventing a single fact. The copilot reads application forms it has never seen and answers from what it knows about the person.

Your job is to make both better, measurably. You change a prompt only when a test set says it helped, you choose the right model for each call, and you read real outputs until you trust them.

What you'll do

Improve the tailor: stronger rewrites, never an invented fact.
Teach the apply copilot to read and fill forms it has never seen.
Build the evals and test sets every prompt change must pass.
Route each call to the right model for quality, speed and cost.

What you'll bring

LLM features you have shipped to real users, not only demos.
Prompting, structured outputs and tool use, and the judgment to skip a model when code does better.
Evaluation habits: test sets, model judges and reading outputs by hand.
Solid TypeScript or Python, and comfort in a production codebase.
