What it is
RezifiBot is the crawler behind Rezifi's job feed. Rezifi helps people tailor their resume to a specific job, so we collect job listings and show them to job seekers, linking back to the employer's own posting to apply.
On the employer career pages and applicant tracking systems it crawls, it identifies itself with the user agent RezifiBot/1.0 (+https://rezifi.com/bot), which is what brought you here.
What it fetches
Job listing pages, and the career and jobs pages that link to them. Usually that means a public applicant tracking system endpoint — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday and others — or the structured job data a careers page publishes for search engines.
It does not attempt to log in, does not submit forms, does not follow links behind an authentication wall, and does not collect personal information about your employees or applicants.
How often
We crawl gently and on a cadence per site, with rate limiting and a circuit breaker that backs us off automatically when a site is slow or returning errors. If RezifiBot is causing you load, that is a bug from our side and we want to hear about it.
Asking us to slow down or stop
Write to us and we will act on it. Tell us the domain, and whether you want a slower crawl or no crawling at all, and we will apply it and confirm back to you. There is no form to fill in and you do not need an account.
We would rather you email us than block us silently, because we can then also remove listings we have already collected from your site if that is what you want.
Something wrong with a listing
If a listing of yours is showing on Rezifi and should not be — it is filled, it was never yours, or it infringes your rights — email us and we will take it down. Removing a listing does not require anything else from you.
