If you want a Simplify alternative, Rezifi is an autofill copilot that fills the whole application on any job site, even one it has never seen, and leaves Submit to you. Before it fills, it tailors your own Word or Google Docs resume to the job and keeps its design, then attaches that copy to the form.
Both products fill in job applications from a Chrome extension. This post compares them on what each one's own pages say, read on 26 October 2026, and only on the things that change how your applications go out.

Which job sites does each one fill?
Simplify's Copilot page answers this itself: it autofills "on over 100 job boards and application portals", Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Taleo, Avature, Lever and SmartRecruiters among them, and "You'll know when a site is supported if the Simplify popup appears". The table on its resume builder page puts it at 80% of job application sites.
Rezifi's auto-apply copilot has no list of supported sites to wait for. It fills the whole application on any job site, even one it has never seen, reading the form's layout itself: page after page, pressing Next, adding your experience and education and attaching your resume. That matters most on the long tail of applications: a startup's own careers page, a small company's form, a portal you have never heard of.
It answers from your resume and everything it learns about you, so every application goes faster than the last.
Who presses Submit?
Simplify also sells Autopilot, which in its homepage's words "fills out application forms, and submits applications for you". Rezifi's copilot never presses Submit. It fills the form, attaches the resume tailored for that job and stops, so you look over every application before it goes, in your own name.
Your resume: your own file, or a template
Simplify's resume builder imports the experience from an existing resume, or builds one section by section, and sets it in one of its 4 templates: Classic, Accent, Minimalist and Modern. Its FAQ says every layout exports as a PDF, and DOCX works for three of them.
Rezifi works on your own resume from Word or Google Docs, no template needed, and keeps every bit of your layout: two columns, tables, text boxes, a photo, your fonts. The design you spent hours on stays yours. No resume yet? Build one from Rezifi's ATS-friendly templates, from your notes, your LinkedIn profile or a PDF.
Either way, import from Google Docs in one click and export as a new Google Doc, a PDF or a DOCX. For how a design survives the tailor, see tailoring your resume without losing its design.
Tailoring before the form
Rezifi's tailor rewrites your bullets, summary and skills in each job's own keywords. It never invents an employer, role, date or credential, and every change is shown on its line for you to keep or dismiss. It works on a copy, so your original is untouched, and every tailored version is saved, so you always know which resume went to which job.
- Open the job. On any job site, the way you normally would.
- Tailor. Rezifi rewrites your own resume in the job's keywords, on a copy.
- Keep or dismiss. Each change sits on its own line, in your own layout.
- Fill. The copilot fills the form page by page and attaches that copy.
- Submit. You look it over and press Submit yourself.
Checking your resume first
On Simplify, the ATS Readiness Score sits inside its resume builder, and every button on that page leads to "Sign up for an account". Rezifi's free ATS resume checker, the best free ATS checker, needs no sign-up: it scores your resume out of 100 the way an ATS and a recruiter read it, shows what a machine reads and names every fix. The check is deleted within 24 hours unless you keep it. Sign up free and the fixes apply in one click.

Rezifi is free to get started, no card needed. The free plan keeps your ATS score with its one-click fixes, the editor, PDF and Word downloads, jobs matched to your resume and application tracking. One simple plan unlocks unlimited tailoring and auto-apply; the pricing page has it.
